Usrah in Action 1 (RUFF Approach)
Our main project for sustainability that we proposed is known as RUFF that stands for Recycle, Upcycle, Freecycle and Fortified that aim to create sustainable practices through those processes in creating a more sustainable environment. Community profiling is our first step in creating awareness and to approach the community through interviews to identify their problems about consumption and unused items that they do not use anymore. From the interview, I have learnt that it is important to preserve our environment in a manner as the community really hopes there is an awareness being spread about these issues.
